I paid a lot for mine too but I didn't realize they went for more in New York, I live in michigan now but on my last trip in, I stopped at Puppy Petite in Brooklyn, and came home with Sissy. (My Gramma is 97, senile & she went with me, talked me into Sissy and asked me to buy 10!)
Anyway, I wanted to ask any of you if you have heard of Puppy Petite (they have a web site) and if so, is that considered to be a puppy mill? I asked them and they said no but I am concnerned for many reasons (how Sissy acts most important of the reasons) but also because I didn't notice until driving away, she did not get her declaws off, nor her tail docked! When I questioned it, they said my agreement did say, for pet use, not for show quality. and it did say that, I don't know how I missed seeing her tail, do I hang a little flag on it now? I don't dare get it docked now-i would think it will hurt really bad as she is 7 months.
Well I didn't mind spending the money on either of them, I did mind getting taken twice! My next one will only be purchased from a Yorkie Talker Breeder!!! But I love them both
