The easiest way to find out is to attend shows in your area and ask a show breeder to evaluate your yorkie. Be sure that it is one that has been around for long enough to be able to give you an acurate accessment. Keep in mind that everyone has their own opinions as to what is good and what isn't. If you purchased your yorkie from a show breeder - go to them and ask for an evaluation. Read the standard before you go so that you will have some idea of what the person is talking about.
