You know it's a scam when they just assume that no local person will buy it. If they are in GA then why not advertise there. I'm sure someone within driving distance would like to have one.

Also they are always working international and there is NO ONE to take care of the puppy.

Didn't they know they were working internationally when they bought the puppy.

When you've seen enough of these you learn to recognize the signs.
