What about putting the pee pad behind a box? You have one bashful little guy...Brynna my one Yorkie suffered from this for a bit...she was so shy, we watched her close, caught her one day when she was giving us the signs...we took her to the pee pad and we just said...we're turning our backs, while she was circling on the pee pad and we turned our backs
Seriously...and this worked for her. At first she was giving us the butt...so shy...now, she seems to be more comfortable...
She's almost six months old.
