I am sorry to hear that they didn't let you adopt because you didnt have a home...that is kind of stupid if you ask me, my dogs never leave the house so i don;t see what difference it makes. Well, did you try the local animal control? They also have a "waiting" list that you can leave your info and what kind of dog you want so they can contact you...also try to seach on petfinder and good luck!!
