I don't want to sound rude, but aren't you depriving him of being a dog. You don't even take him for walks??? Dogs love to take walks??? Not only that I know yorkies don't need that much excercise, but they do need a little. All you need to do is get a good flea medicine i.e. frontline, advantage and that will keep the fleas and ticks away. Please don't take this the wrong way, but have you ever seen that movie "boy in a bubble" I believe thats the name of the movie. Yours is kind of like, "yorkie in a bubble".
