Ask about her health and if she has had any problems in the past (hypoglecemia, collapsed trachea, etc.). You will want to see if she was spayed. She may also need some baby teeth removed depending on how old she is.
Ask if she is potty trained and where she sleeps @ night...Most puppies will sleep in an xpen, their crate, or with their owner
