Welcome to YT!!! And congrats on your new furbaby!!

1 - The nails might look fake to you because yorkies have dark nails. It's tough to determine how far to cut them down b/c of this. I suggest you get them done professionally at first. Perhaps ask the groomer to show you the proper technique. But please do get them cut down if you think they're getting long. I know at Petsmart it's only $8.

2 - OMG CONGRATS ON THIS!!!! My guy is 6 months old and is just now getting the hang of potty on the pads. Thank your lucky starts.

3 - Hmmmm... post some pictures of him. It would be tough to name him without seeing him! If you need help posting pics, send me a PM. Or if you don't have a digital camera maybe you could tell us some things about you and your fiance so we could help with a cute name.

4 - For the feeding: what type of food are you feeding him? There are many, many threads on here about food. I think most of us feed Chicken Soup, Merricks or Nutro. There should be guidelines on the bag for you. That's what I usually follow.

Good luck with your new puppy.. and we certainly don't mind the questions!
