You can wash Silk and her pup with Dawn dishwashing liquid... and change their bedding... this should get the fleas off the dogs....
I usually bathe my females who have pups if they go outside as soon as they come back in....
I never let the moms outside this summer... I thought there were too many bugs outside (due to warmer weather). So the moms used the pee-pads the whole time the pups were with them.
