My girls all do fine in the car. We have drove 3 hours without stopping. My girls sleep most of the way, and we try not to stop if they are sleeping. Eat before you leave and take snacks. I wouldn't feed her before you leave but take some food for the car. If she doesn't vomit after about 4 hours you can give her a small amount of food. Feed her food to her like treats.

OH yeah, I pack a diaper bag for my girls for in the car. I take a small bottle of water, small baggie of food, nutrical, baby wipes 2 extra blankets (in case they vomit) and a chewy.
