Awww, that stinks. I'm sorry!
I had a saltwater a couple years ago... 40 Gallons, nothing big.... Had a couple problems getting it started up, but nothing too bad. It was up and running for probably a year when I started losing fish left and right. I worked at a pet store at the time so I could take water samples to work for free water tests and stuff and I never did find out what caused it. I ended up losing about $1000 worth of fish and corals.
I would love to get another tank started (something a lot bigger, 100+ gallons), but I don't want to risk that happening again.
