LOL! I love when you all share the way your babies are... it's so adorable to me that they are so smart... well actually it amazes me! Toto is one smart cookie, since she is able to recognize that by seeing you getting dressed already means going out.
I got Luna's carrier at a store here in Miami called "Faux Paws". I'm not sure if they have a website or not. I will look for it and post it if I find it. I'm not sure what you mean by what kind of bag? I can take pictures of it and you can tell me lol, I'm not too good with carriers and their brands, etc. lol
