It sounds like he has worms to me. I know you said you dewormed him but sometimes it doesn't always do the trick especially if they have alot of worms. Take a stool sample in for your vet to check. Even though you may not see any worms in his stool their are still eggs and some worms that are very hard to see. Also, I would check to see what all the dewormer covered. I know alot of dewormers don't cover tapeworms and you have to buy that one seperately. Other than that I really don't know what to tell you. Did you ask your vet about it and did he show any concern??
