So many think little ones get it or they get it from playing hard. Why haven't I ever had it at all. want to explain that???? My girls are like pioneer women, strong and hardy, but yet are pretty and have the tencity of Yorkies. My pup plays hard real hard, runs like she's going 500mph, never once did i ever give her nutra cal and she never needed it. i have had small ones, but they didnt need it, I watched them but they moved and drank from mom, i guess mom has good milk. i think it's got to be partly inherited. i have asked other breeders and alot of them have never had to use it.......so go figure. brittany
