Under 10 weeks is fairly young for these pups to be released to their loving forever homes. The average age that reputable breeders let their little ones go is around 12 weeks, maybe longer depending. You may have trouble finding someone who will release one to you at such an early age and if you do, I would seriously question their integrity and ethics regarding their breeding practice.
You may be more successful and happier in the long run if you opted for an older pup. Good luck in your search.
