Well as far as calm and friendly...that can be any of the dogs you mentioned really..its all how they are trained and raised...do some research on each breed and see which one fits your lifestyle the best..of course most of us are partial to yorkies here hehe...finding a great breeder is also a good idea..a good breeder will tell you right upfront if the breed they have is a good match for you and your family..good luck in your search..
