How old is your puppy ? I guess our male when we got him was 10 wks our female was over a year he did not hump her but when he got to be about 4 mths he would hump this little stuffed animal he eventually quit that for our female would hump him a dominence thing. You can usually tell when the females are coming in as ours will hump things toys our male etcc....
Training may help obediance is a good thing our 12 yr old boy is taking our male to 4h and will be shown at the fair .he has been working with him for about a month and I have noticed little changes about him ,waiting to go out the door instead of running through you, he was awful to get in the house but now will quick go and mark the yard and come in which before we would have to go outside and get him to come , now is waiting by the door for us to let him in hope it just keeps getting better. Those clikkers I heard are good they use them for all kinds of animals lions, bears,horses, dogs , cats, dolphins. Have not tried them myself but have seen and heard good things about them. Most training or lesson is followed by a reward. Good luck |
