You may want to reconsider not neutering. The humping is not a puppy phase and if left unneutered will continue, he will mark his territory, inside and out especially when exposed to other dogs, he will want to seek out any female living close by that goes in heat. They can smell them. That's how you hear that another dog came in someone's yard and had a accidential mating. A neuterered dog is also less aggressive.
