Thanks to some help I got on here, as I had never bought a belly band before, it was really easy. Just cut long rectangles of fabric, line them with absorbant fabric (I used flannel) and add velcro to secure. Then you can put a panty liner or something similar to absorb the pee, or you can make up a bunch and just change often and wash so you don't have to use a panty liner. I sewed in an extra few layers of flannel in between the two layers so that we could just use them without the panty liner if we wanted. (You should have seen my dad's face when we told him to put a panty liner in it! HA HA So funny!) The puppy is never in the house without one now and he has never attempted to take it off either.
