I will probably go with laminate and I'm planning on checking out someplaces this next weekend. In todays Sunday paper there were some add from Lowe's, Menard's and Home Depot and since Lafayette is only 25 minutes away that's where I'll be heading. Thanks for all the great information, now if I can only find one I'll like. Also, we are in Indiana so it gets cold here in the winter. Do throw rugs help quite a bit with the sound and cold?
