We have been doing reseach since hubby is in Management at Home Depot it not to hard. This is what we are finding out.
Laminate flooring and hardwood flooring are two differnent things Laminate flooring has a wax seal where they are snapped together and are pet proof.
Hardwood floors are not they are nailed and not pet proof if urine goes in groves it could damage wood might get mildew.
Either way the carpet will be coming out. We do all the remodeling ourselves and it take alot of time.
