Very seldom anymore do we have accidents as far as peeing, but they do have accidents pooping. I would like to get rid of my carpet too, but which is best laminate or hardwood. Do both have to be sealed? I saw in one of the above posts that moving stuff will scratch them...do you put somethng on chairs, sofas..etc to prevent that. I just don't want to regret getting rid of the carpet. What about being colder? Our furnace has a heat pump and the air that comes from the registers feels cool, but the room feels warm and nice. I'm also worried about extra noise that carpet seems to muffle out. Good someone give me good advice?
