There was a fence around the yard.....inside the yard was the nearly strangled puppy...and a territorial pit.. I was afraid to open the gate and try to rescue the puppy because of the behavior of the pit bull.


I let the officer and animal control do both jobs.......hopefully they will be rescued a second time.
