Omg.. Tiny does the same thing "prefers her kibble to be on the floor rather than in a bowl." It's so weird, if its scattered all over the floor then he'll eat it up but in his doggie bowl he takes his time..so silly, maybe he doesn't like his food to touch each other LOL
