y the way. Airlines have policy that 8 weeks is the age for shipping so I can't imaging you could win a case on saying 8 weeks is too young since the airline policy is 8 weeks ... Plus you yourself agreed to the shipping date.

I just posted the same thing about airlinee policy sono one should flame you. policy is policy regardless of the breed. Many times when my husband has beagles for sale, we let them go at six weeks but the ones we fly out have tobe eight weeks. it isn't right to ship a yorkie this smallor this young but eight weeeks is the laww for all breeds.
