Poor little baby - I'm not a breeder, but that sounds way too small to be shipped in MY OPINION - I hope you get the help you need.
I can't believe the CC Company wants you to do that - sounds like they're making a sad time even worse....It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure out that a very young TINY puppy is more apt to have problems when shipping (hypoglycemia etc) ......and besides - there could have already been something wrong with her even if she wasn't shipped. Puppies don't die for no reason.
