Yes, I have the vets report but I refused an autopsy because she had been at the vet for 6 days on IV's and was poked and everything else, I decided she had been through enough. My vet did give a report which states his professional opinon. When my pup was sent she was 1.2 pounds. My credit card just wants opinions of breeders that 8 weeks is too young to be shipped. |
