OUr Cupie can't have anymore rabies or distemper shots because of this reaction. The vet said once more might kill her. Her face swelled, vomited, scratched, cried, had a fever. We put her on bennadryl for a week and it finally got better. My vet wrote a letter stating that she can't have anymore and I sent it to our animal control department for our county. They said they will keep it on file and to not worry. I carry a copy with us on vacation too. We tried giving the shots at different days and it was just as bad. Maybe your baby is allergic to them. |
