Hi Kimberley,
I'm so happy for you! Making up your mind to quit is a huge step, As far as dealing with your cravings what worked for me was a combination of lots of things. sugar free bubble gum, Wellbutrin, lots of water but the best thing to do is CHANGE something when you have a craving. Even if you just get up and change chairs. also walks, get down on the floor and pretend you are a dog - it doesn't matter. THe end of day three should have your body clear of the nicotine so you have one more to go. Don't eat yourself to death but try munching on raw veggies. Watch out for chocolate you can really put the weight on if you use it for a substitute.

If anyone in hour house smokes, ask them to do so outside away from you. Go places where you are not allowed to smoke - the library, movies.

Drink lots of juices too.
