Dear God - that's horrible.

Just sickening and I can't believe any groomer would be THAT freakin irresponsible - I don't care how distracted anyone gets - you just do NOT mess with electricity and pets. They should do jail time for EXTREME ABUSE ! CAn you just imagine how those poor dogs suffered ?
