This is more than just filthy conditions, these animals have mange, they are not well. I just don't believe that the authorities would not help.
Around here they show up with the media and the police and animal control and even HazMat. Usually the smell alone is enough to get the authorities involved, they don't even need pictures.
Did they say how they managed to get in to take the pictures. Those pictures don't look like they were taken through the windows as she claimed they were. |
