I've been breeding and showing for 20 years, and have never used these for puppies and have never told new owner to use them. Again, this is not a good practice for long term health. This is something that Pet Stores, Puppy Brokers and the Puppy Mills practice.

Well, I got both of my yorkies from a reputable breeder...not a pet store or puppy mill. They are perfectly healthy now and I have never had a bit of trouble with them. They've never had a hypoglocemic attack. Because not everyone on here purchases their yorkie from a show breeder, I will always recommend that they give their pup something to sustain their blood sugar levels to prevent hypoglocemia and death of their puppy.
