More importantly, if it is a Blue Born the breeder needs to be educated about this condition........I hope it isn't one of them that just know the sperm and egg makes money and to H__ with the rest. But if it is a Blue, and they didn't know, that tells me the answer.
At this age that puppy needs a home, one that can accept the responsibility and extra care. They would also need to be able to make the most difficult choice if they needed to.
If this is a true Blue Born they should be willing to either keep the puppy and care for it, or place it with a loving person for free and thank God someone is willing to make sure the puppy is cared for.
