Anyway, my little guy has his tail docked and that's what I personally prefer. Not knocking the ones that don't have their tails docked, but I do prefer the docked tails. My dad used to breed dogs (no not Yorkies), and he would dock their tails himself (and he was a HUGEEEE dog lover!!!!)...but this was YEARSSSS ago. And of course he did it when they were very young. I've seen him do it many times, and it's not the most pleasant thing to watch, but there ISN'T a lot of bleeding and they only yelp right when it's done and maybe a few teeny little yelps after that, and thats it. They yelp about as much as they do when they get a shot
It's honestly not as bad as alot of people make it out to be...
