In my parents neighborhood the kids are NOT afraid of cars, and always take up the whole street and refuse to move. One time I pulled up behind 3 kids (probably preteen age) and honked at them to move out of the street. 2 of them moved, the other one looked at me, and purposely walked in the middle to block me. I revved my engine, slammed on the gas and sped past him, only being about 5inches away from him. The look on his face was priceless. He honestly thought I was going to hit him.
