Aww!Thats so sad! It makes me sick when people don't care enough about their dogs. I understand that dogs need some fresh air, so either A. have a fenced yard, b. take them on a walk, or c. Tie them outside for maybe an hour (not allll day long).

My grandma lives on a big farm like property and she had her little pom tied outside so he could get some fresh air (everytime she let him out he would go play by the street and people thought he was lost and would take him, even though he was still in her yard), anyway she had him tied up, heard an awful scream, and 3 Medium Sized Dogs, (not pitbulls,) decided they were hungry. Her dog died later that night, but I feel if the owners of those dogs would have kept their dogs on a leash, or fenced in their back yard it wouldn't have happened.
