I know my neighbors (they are like family) have called several times, and they won't come out and do anything about it. They said it wasn't a priority call because the dog knew his way home and was just "playing". Yet this guy called the cops on my neighbor's daschund because he was in his yard using the bathroom without a leash on, and he started barking at the guy walking his dog. The cops came and said they heard she had a viscious dog. Lol, we still joke about it, their dog (RIP Alvin) was scared of Stump!! Lol he was the laziest dog in the world. He wouldn't have enough energy to go bite another dog. |
