you should take him one night and give him to a loving home. i'm sure they wouldn't care or put up that much of a fight to find him. i was gonna do that with a dog in my neighborhood. an eskimo dog kept getting loose and i would find him running all over the place. i picked him up and returned him 3 times to the owners and told them not to leave him chained to a poll in the side yard that isn't fenced in. I told myself the next time i find him, i'm taking him to the no kill shelter. he would be snatched up in a heartbeat cause he's so damn cute.
