 Do you supplement??
Do you guys give your baby vitamin supplements? I've been thinking a lot about getting Coco some vitamins. I know she gets a lot in her food, plus I give her fruits, veggies, eggs (twice a week) and yogurt/cottage cheese (everyonce in a while), but I still feel like she should get more. How do you feel about vitamin supplements and if you use some, what kind are they? |
