OUCH! What a mess! I am sure things will work out fine, but I agree, you have to think of yourself and your credit! That would suck to have this guy mess up your credit - it isn't worth it! I would get the car - afterall, isn't it yours?! hee,hee - you paid for it! Good luck and keep us posted!
