Sounds like Michael is a great guy... Just let him take care of it if he is willing. I'm sure your x (loserface) will listen to him more than you. Let Michael give him a good scare. Get the truck back and sell it. You are not responsible for paying this loan. I know you have to cause its in your name, but dont let him have the truck and you paying for it. My sister is going through this right now with her hubby. They have just been married for a little over a year. His x-girlfriend has a Trail Blazer that he co-signed for... Well she's not been making the payment for about 6 months now and my sister found out that her hubby has been making them behind her back. (Not good) My sister said if they are making the payments... She wants the Trail Blazer for her self. She said it would be different if they had kids together and he was doing it for the kids to have a way around... But they dont..
