I was reading on a few sites to use dental floss to stop the bleeding on the cord. Some sites say to clamp and then cut the cord 1 inch from belly they say cutting is better in case the mother bites it too close to the puppy which can cause a hernia. Cut on the side of clamp away from the puppy. Oh how I wish a breeder was here, but you are doing great!
