I soooo wish I could help...but I would suggest to call the emerg. vet again and again until you are comfortable with Lucy and her babies...I am praying hard for her tonight!! I wish a breeder would sign on!! Keep us posted. I think you are doing a great job!! I would imagine that if there is just a tiny bit of blood that it is pretty normal?? Just make sure the bleeding subsides over time. Sounds like Lucy's instincts are kicking in if she is eating the placenta and chewing off the umbilical cord...
