Lucy chewed off his unbelical cord..I think too close..I hope he will be ok. I called the emergency vet and talked to her and she said everything I was doing was good. He was still gasping so I did suctioning and swinging..he seems better but still worried about him. Also what about the unbelical cord. The vet lady said to put pressure on it. It is bleeding a tad.
