We have flown a lot (not on Northwest though) Annie's bag is 14 x 8.5 x 11 and she is about 7.5 lbs. She seems to do just fine in that size bag and it fits just perfectly under the seat. So I'm sure that Lucinda will do fine in the bag that you have... |
