Sounds like your brother is gonna get screwed ...Sorry ....But alot of states are as bad as flo .Hope it works out for him at any rate they can only get so much according to how much he makes and in the start of a divorce its always out for blood ..his attorney should make a solid counter offer .I feel for you /divorces are no fun ~
