Wow, sorry to hear that you are in this mess. I too, like an idiot co-signed a loan for my ex-boyfriend, who was the most irresponsible person. i lucked out because he works for the city and the municipal credit union takes his payments right out of his check. If that jerk ever loses his job, I'd be stuck paying as well. Hopefully everything will get straightened out and you will not be forced to do anything. But what really sucks is that your past is dragged out into the present when all you want to do is forget. That is worst part.
