Whenever there's a song I want, but don't want to purchase the whole CD, I just download it from iTunes. You can buy cards for them from Walmart/Walgreens/etc for specific dollar amounts (we usually get $20) and then you enter the card code in and then when you download a song it automatically deducts the purchase from the card. You don't have to enter credit cards or worry about monthly fees.... Songs are usually $.99 on there.
I'll never touch anything like Limewire or Kazaa or whatever they're using now... That's how all those people got pulled into the copyright lawsuits. Plus there's too much of a risk of adware/spyware, etc. IMO, saving a few bucks on music isn't worth the risk. |
