My brother was to be in Vegas.

My dad got onto an airline tracking site to see where his flight was and said it had been diverted to Indianapolis. So he calls my brother's cell and it goes to voicemail. My brother immediately called back and said he was sitting on the plane and it was surrounded by firetrucks.

Pieces of the plane had fallen off during flight

My dad told him to call back when they knew what was going on. So he did. And said that America West was seeing if a plane from Dallas could come up to get them.

Then he calls back a bit later saying that he will be staying in a hotel in Indianapolis and catching a flight tomorrow.

Ok...so if I were in that plane...I would refuse to fly back to Ohio. I would go out and buy a freakin bus ticket. If you want me to get back on that flight then you better have a sedative waiting for me.

My dad said my brother was more concerned about whether or not the airline would pay for the liquor he got while in flight during their beverage service. LOL.

I'm glad he's staying in hotel. I really didn't want to hear about America West Flight #538 crashing

But if I were on that plane...there would be no way in hell I'd get on another. I seriously would just take my luggage and consider buying a bus ticket for the 8 hour busride back to Ohio
