Ahia does the same thing as yours does miezzi.
i have even woke up in the middle of the night and missed Ahia. went looking for her and there she is standing at the front door. hard telling how long she had been there waiting for me. i tried the bell trick but the one who needed the most training was me. i would forget to ring the bell and if i forget then how will they ever get the idea! Buckeye will get up and stand and stare at me then when he knows i see him he will lay down (kind of like looking at me with his hands under his chin). if i don't notice or tend to him soon enough he will come to me and scratch on my leg. excuse me...not scratch... dig!
